Anne Barnett has been in the real estate market for over 22 years, appraising, brokering and developing property. Originally from New York State, Anne earned her degree from Kent State University in Ohio.
With degree in hand, she moved to Key West, where she developed and sold property.
After moving to Gainesville, Florida in 1989 she obtained her commercial appraiser's license
and has been appraising land for the State of Florida, timberland owners, and private individuals.
As a broker, Anne has worked with many buyers and sellers, assisting with development of their property,
appraising for estate and financing purposes and marketing their property.

Many years ago, right out of college, Susan Huish started her first
"professional life" as an emergency room nurse in Utah.
Much of her nursing career was spent in a helicopter transporting patients to the hospital.
During that time she also became involved with real estate, both as an investor and as a realtor for
Century 21 in Salt Lake City. Upon coming to Florida 8 years ago, she obtained her Florida brokers
license and continued her real estate endeavors - both as an investor and broker.
She understands land and what makes it valuable. She, like the rest of us at Southern Property Services, Inc,
loves working with vacant land. She is extremely capable and tenacious when researching a property.
Because she has been involved with the development side of real estate, she knows which criteria in a
property create potential for a highest and best use for development or which may cause it to
be best suited for other uses.
